Porcini mushrooms
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) are called “kings of the forest”, and they are also the most common type of mushrooms in our area.
They grow in summer and early autumn in deciduous and fir forests.
Porcini mushrooms are prepared in different ways (soups, sauces, stews, grilled) and are suitable for drying as well. Their smell is reminiscent of walnuts.
